The idea now is to make sure every piece of wood inside the boat is coated with epoxy. Every crack and crevice is filled with thickened epoxy, and every nail head, screw head, and dent, is filled and faired.

The two outside battens were not firmly glued to the hull, so I had to squirt epoxy under them with a syringe, and improvise some weights.

It took several days of an hour here and an hour there to get all of the gaps and crevices filled. At this point, every piece inside has epoxy on it. Next step . . . sanding, and sanding, and sanding to get it ready for paint. Hopefully this week??

I need weight! Lots of weight!

All coated. Ready for sanding . . . then paint!
