The final pieces of the hull came together today. The hull is now complete.

I met with Michael today. We discussed the fiberglassing of the hull. I may re-think part of my strategy. I have to think about how this is all going to come together.

My original plan was to fiberglass and paint the bottom, then flip the boat over and work on the insides. Michael pointed out this may make it hard to glass the deck to the hull. He may have a point.

Anyway, I am a ways away from glassing anything. I still have to fair out the hull planks and get everything smooth and fair.

The scarfed joint needs to be sanded and cleaned up for the last piece.

Fitting the last piece into place.

I put the last nail in place . . .

We have a boat!
