I thought this would go quickly.  I was wrong.  I had to test fit the first sheet of plywood several times, and trim it down to size.  There are some tricky parts, and I’m still not sure I got it just right.  Luckily, most things can be fixed when you plan to glass over it.

Finally, it was time to glue my first plank.  I used a paint roller to coat the inside, and I rolled glue on the frame.  Then I nailed, and nailed, and nailed . . . how many *&%_$# nails does it take?

Sure looks cool, though . . .
