I laminated the chines.  They aren’t perfect, but they get shaped and faired.   I think I can correct for any inconsistencies.

When I cut the sheers to the specs on the materials list . . . they were too short.  I used a 12′ board, but I am at least 6″ short.  Maybe more.  That is a $20 board!

I will have to buy a 14′ board, and I’ll probably have to do a four layer lamination to get this cedar to bend . . . unless I can figure out a fancy way to bend them . . .

Glued and clamped . . . my boat has a chine log.

The sheers are cut to size . . . but . . . too short . . . Hmmmm.
